Process Audit
THE FRONT DOOR
See exactly where your operations bottleneck, before you decide what to build.
You know something isn't working. Maybe it's the system, maybe it's how people move through it, and most often it's both. Our process audit looks at your operation from two sides: the technical infrastructure underneath, and the experience of the people using it every day.
→ You walk away with a clear, prioritized analysis that's yours to act on, with us or without us.
TWO LENSES, ONE CLEAR PICTURE
We audit the entire system: technical setup and user's experience

A map of how work actually moves through your team — existing systems, handoffs, and the detour workarounds people have quietly built to keep their work moving

A technical process review of your structure, automations, and integrations, including where data is duplicated, lost, or won't hold up as you scale

Annotated user flows for your most critical processes, showing where people hesitate, repeat steps, or abandon the system to get the job done

The three to five primary issues costing you the most time or efficiency, ranked by impact, so you can focus on the root cause, not just symptoms

A recommended roadmap for addressing key issues, which you can fine-tune with us or use to establish fixes independently
HOW IT RUNS
Two to three weeks, minimal disruption
01
Observe
We sit down with the people doing the work and watch their key workflows in action. With read-only access to the systems behind them, we can analyze where the current system is bottlenecking and where there are opportunities for a reset.
02
Analyze
We cross-compare your technical setup with your actual user flows side-by-side. This allows us to trace the full process and pinpoint the breakdowns.
03
Deliver
The final deliverable is a written analysis with visual workflow mapping and general recommendations for primary next steps. In a partnered engagement, we would then work together to outline a fix for each step and implement those into your system (or build a new system for you!)
WHO IT'S FOR
If any of these sound familiar
"It lives in someone's head."
Critical process knowledge belongs to
one or two people, and the whole team feels it when they're out.
"Our systems don't talk to each other."
Data gets copied by hand from one tool to the next, and somewhere along the way the numbers stop matching.
"It works until it doesn't."
You invested in a system that was supposed to fix things, bur people still route around it with side spreadsheets, messages, and memory.
WHERE AUDITS USUALLY LEAD
